1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SandDock ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SandDock is a wallet analytics platform that provides:

• Analysis of publicly available Solana blockchain data
• Wallet performance rankings and metrics
• Trading pattern detection and insights
• Real-time alerts and notifications (Premium/Pro)
• AI-powered wallet clustering and scoring (Pro)

Important: SandDock is an analytics tool only. We do not provide financial advice, execute trades, or handle your funds.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SandDock. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Do not share your account with others
• Use a strong, unique password

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited features, no payment required
• Premium Plan: $50/month or $480/year, paid in SOL
• Pro Plan: $100/month or $960/year, paid in SOL

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Phantom Wallet on the Solana blockchain. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your wallet the subscription fee. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You must manually renew your subscription before it expires to maintain access to premium features.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to future renewals. We will notify you of price changes in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission
• Use automated tools to access the Platform (except via official API)
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Use the Platform to spam or harass others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SandDock are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The SandDock name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Financial Advice

SandDock is NOT a financial advisor. All information provided is for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

7.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Past performance does not indicate future results. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss.

7.3 "As Is" Service

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SandDock and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any trading decisions made based on Platform data
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors or inaccuracies in the data
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SandDock, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your trading activities

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using SandDock, you consent to such collection and use.

Important: We only analyze public blockchain data. We never request or store your wallet private keys. We never have access to your funds.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services (Phantom Wallet, Solana blockchain, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
• Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SandDock is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform.

15. Miscellaneous

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SandDock regarding the Platform.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
